IXS Coatings is the parent company of Ultimate Linings, GFX Solutions and LINE-X, three established coatings businesses serving distinct markets, customers and distribution channels.
Who we are
IXS Coatings provides the corporate framework supporting Ultimate Linings, GFX Solutions and LINE-X while allowing each business to operate with its own commercial identity, technologies and route to market.
Across the group, IXS provides shared corporate infrastructure including information technology, finance, legal and other business support functions. Each operating company retains responsibility for its own products, formulations, intellectual property and customers.
IXS Coatings also owns the ISO/IEC 17025-accredited laboratory located within the Ultimate Linings manufacturing facility in Lebanon, Tennessee, providing the group with advanced in-house testing and technical capabilities.

ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation provides independent recognition of a laboratory's technical competence for defined testing activities. The facility supports material development, performance evaluation, quality programs and technical validation across a range of coatings and related technologies.
